The today most
advanced and safe way to produce NITROX up to EANx40 is via one of
our NRC-NITROX membrane systems.
There is no need
for pure oxygen and gas mixing devices, such as panels, partial
pressure oxygen whips or complicated mathematic methods. The
oxygen content is controlled by a simple valve to set Nitrox gas
flow.
The variation
of the produced NITROX is less than 0.3 % from the preset value!
This outstanding
precision can not be reached by any other production method. The
easy and safe design of a NRC NITROX Membrane System allows its
handling by every person at your facility very little training in
the procedures of using an NRC Gas Membrane System.
If you are
supplying Nitrox to your customers then you need a membrane
system. Imagine being able to turn on the unit in the morning and
have constant Nitrox flowing all day.

have normal SCUBA cylinders and regulators will have to option to
get high quality Nitrox in their own cylinders without having the
added expense of getting their gear O2 cleaned.

cylinders that are in the hire department.... they are Nitrox
ready! Just fill them up.
If you DO carry
out partial pressure blending and nearing the number of Nitrox
fills per week that is making this option unviable.... think of
this.... instead of topping off with air... top off with 40%
Nitrox.... this saves O2 (you get more from the "G") and THAT
saves you money. You are not sending the cylinder back with usable
O2 in it.
The maintenance
is simple the only maintenance is limited to filters and oil
changes on the low pressure compressor. Therefore the costs are
extremely low.
With the correct
operation and installation the economic life-time of a NRC-NITROX
Membrane System is higher than 30 years.
